adsep appeal, any answers?

I am currently in the process of getting administrativelydischarged from the Navy due to weight requirements..Iknow that most people are going to think this is a whinefest but please keep an open mind and mabye I'll getlucky and you'll have an answer to my question atthe end:I joined the Navy in 1990..At 5'3", 120lbsI never had a problem with Navy fitness standards...in 1995 I started gaining weight, a little at atime, but enough to notice..I started spendingmore time in the gym, even staying on theStairmaster for an hour at a time...still I kept gaining..by the middle of 1997 I wasup to 213 lbs!!! Imagine my self esteem,trying to fit into my uniform, seeing myfellow shipmates from other commands knowingthey were going "look how much weight she'sgained", "she was always so small"..Yes Idid the thyroid tests and every diet knownto man...I even went to the PRT office andasked for help..know what I got? I gota nutrition guide and some advice, "eat lessand exercise more"...not once did I get offeredlevel III (I didn't even know it existed),or any other programs..but I went out on myown to a private physician and used my ownmoney and so far I have lost 74 lbs....but theNavy wants to kick me out now...I know thereis a waiver procedure included in the heightand weight requirement saying that if the sailorshows iniative to losing that they can bewaived...but I didn't even get offered thatchance...to make a long story short..my ordersare in from Bupers but I'm being held up onDental....I am taking the PRT this time andI am way in standards....even though I feela wrong doing I still love the Navy and lovewhat I do...I need to know is their anyway toget an appeal on those Bupers orders?**Ourrating field is undermanned by 30%, it's atcritical level, my work performance is outstanding..yadda yadda yadda..I need to know if there isany recourse I can take...I want to try..I want to stay in and no one at my commandseems interested in helping me...if I have myinformation straight I can go to my chain-of-command and present a case...some info pse!!!
