I was recently confronted by my OIC, I am a civilian, we are both males. he made a sugestive comment regarding my giving him head. I walked out of this private meeting at the time the comment was mad. Now I have been subjected to an ongoing barrrage of complaints regarding my**work. 99% of it is minor inconseguential**material that could be easily fixed. but its been building and recently on three occasions he has called me a liar to my face and in earshot of others. Am I a victim of sexual harrassm,ent. Can a man be a victim?

**** Yes, men can be sexually harrassed!!!**I don't know if you're being sexually harrassed or not, because I'm not there &amp; don't know all the facts.**From your description, though, it sounds like you are; it appears your work environment is being adversely affected because you didn't agree to his request.**Because it happened behind closed doors, you didn't say anything at first, and he's apparently working to discredit you, it may be very hard to prove.**Recommend you talk to a member of your EO or CAT team who you feel comfortable with, or the CMC, right away to determine the course of action you want to take.**I believe you should also have a civilian person who handles greivances and sexual harrassment claims.**There should also be a poster in your office with the sexual harrassment hotline number, if you're unsuccessful with your chain of command.**I can get it for you if you need it.**Hope all works out OK.
