Women in Combat Arms

Women in combat will be a great asset to our fighting force.**It seems pretty clear that females will be in the infantry and other combat arms positions in the near future.**We need to increase standards for women and allow them to compete for all jobs.**We also must put more emphasis on recruiting women to fill these key roles.**If current trends continue, we will have an inadequate supply of front-line combat ready soldiers.Therefore, we need to change now!**Lets get over it guys, women are here to stay in the military and are very much capable of being effective combat soldiers given the proper training.
