JOINING THE MARINES

Every Marine (Former or current) has their own take on the Corps based upon their own personal experiance.**The only true way to find out is to ask yourself if you have the courage to do what it takes to become a Marine and "Just Do It!"**One's own personal experiance does not necessarily mean it's going to be your experiance.**Becoming a Marine is truly an accomplishment as well as an honor.**Like Mr. Barringer (MGySgt) said, "Get off the dime....!"

I am 26 years old, i will be graduating with a criminal justice degree next year.**I am currently enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and I am considering my &quot;second life career&quot;**to be a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps, I'm expecting to submit my package at the age of 28 give or take some requirements i might have to fulfill first. i know i have what it takes to be a marine officer physically, mentally, and intellectually what are my chances for selection, please email me and give me some idea or some more possible &quot;steps&quot; i maybe unaware of to reach this goal.

I've been thinking about joining, but am not sure.**I am 19 and not sure what to do with my life.**One of my older brother's is a Marine, and a few friends in other branches.**They give me a little extra boost and encouragement on wanting to join, even though they may not know it.**To be a Marine and a part of something so powerful, would be awesome!**If anyone can give me some info on what you do, where you go.**That would be great.**Do the females stay in different bunks, and everything also??**I have a ton of questions that need to be answered.**Please help!**E-Mail me @**Ohsaboy@aol.comThank you~

Kelly -- There is a reason why Marines are called &quot;The Few &amp; The Proud&quot; .... and it won't happen to you if you sit there and continue to think about it.**One of the hardest things to do is to MAKE A DECISION ... and the ONLY Marines who regretted the decision they made (of all those I know) were the ones who couldn't make it.**&quot;Once a Marine ...
